Electronic Cam programmer
The components of an electronic cam system can serve as a drop-in replacement for the mechanical components. This electronic approach assumes a large main motor as a central motion source, measured by an encoder. It's a standard approach if other aspects of the machine (e.g. conveyors) need the motor. If all motion can be replaced by electronic cams, a small motor with an encoder or a simple pulse train may serve as the synchronization source. Each individual controller/drive generates its own cam motion profile, based on its own stored program, and the common synchronization source. Controllers can also accept electronic inputs and assert outputs.This I/O capacity gives much greater design flexibility and run-time decision making power to a machine than could be achieved with mechanical components. The actual motion may be delivered by a linear actuator or by a servo or stepper motor coupled with a gearbox, belt, and pulley. These components are connected with simple cables that are easily routed over great distances. This allows the motor or actuator to be mounted exactly where the motion is needed, eliminating the need for drive trains. The size, power, and configuration of the motors and drives depend on the machine requirements and may be different for each axis.

Adhesive pattern controller:
Device developed for program glue points at very high speed with elevated resolution through a simple graphic interface. They can be used in any process wich requires precisely counted actuation of electric output device and specifically to control valves used in adhesive application systems (case sealing - pallettizing - labelling - cartooning - bag making). The outputs gives an impulse of survoltage (60V for 5 mSec) in start of phase for guarantee a better precision of the glue point with control of compensation in speed of opening and closing.

Absolute Encoder
Absolute optical Encoder single turn :
These optical encoders have been studied for satisfy all those applications where characteristics of high reliability mechanical and elevated electronic precision are demanded such in terms of speed as in terms of protection.
This encoder is a non-contacting optical rotary position sensor which reports the shaft angle within a 360 degree range. As opposed to incremental encoders, it reports the absolute position rather than just the change in position. When powered up it does not require a home cycle, even if the shaft was rotated while the power was off. Internally an infrared led flashes through a circular bar code onto a linear array sensor ; the microcontroller decode the image into a unique position.
