Microprocessor based , dual display, full featured, auto-tuning, process/temperature controllers. Standard features include configurable outputs - relay or solid state relay drive, selectable sensor input, and configurable alarm operation. Also available is proportional output and a RS485 serial interface.

Three sizes to choose from, with or without proportional outputs. Proportional outputs include:

0-10 Vdc

Also available are non-linear cooling outputs and moisture bake out soft-start, selectable auto-switchover to manual operation if sensor breaks.

Drews HCC-11 Heating Current and Circuit Monitoring Module

The heating circuit monitoring module HCC-11 is designed to monitor an SSR and its load circuit from 1.25A to 40A. The HCC-11 mounts directly on top of any standard SSR. The failure of a single heating element is reliably monitored and reported. The module detects over- and undercurrents in the heating circuit beyond ±15% nominal current. Blown fuses, failed and interrupted SSR as well as those in half-wave operation are announced. An adjustable alarm response delay (2 to 40 secs) avoids fault messages generated by voltage drops.

This Drew Electronic SGmC-10-0-1-7 Microprocessor-Based Limit Indicator is used and in excellent condition. This unit ships with a 10-position terminal block.

Description

The The Drews Electronic SGmC Microprocessor-Based Limit Indicator monitors limit value alarms (temperature, pressure, etc.). The SGmC accepts following inputs: all common Thermocouples, RTD, or standard signals (DC 0...10V or 0/4...20mA). On exceeding the adjusted limit value, a relay (changeover) is switched, so that other alarm devices can be controlled.
