Nambu cylinders for molds and rotary joint Standard model

The most standard cylinder. 9 types of the mounting methods are standardized. Providinf the cushion is enabled as an option.

Nambu cylinders for molds and rotary joint C Model

This cylinder is made more compact in the full length than standard core cylinder, and cylinder bore is standardized up to φ200. Normal operating pressure is corresponded to 16MPa.

Nambu cylinders for molds and rotary joint ELH model

Similar to C model with large bore. The maximum bore of standardized model is φ330. The nominal(normal) pressure supports 16MPa.

Nambu cylinders for molds and rotary joint CP model

The fundamental structure is of C model. The hydraulic piping is accomplished from the head side. Either round or rectangular shape flange is available.

Working oil can be sealed within the cylinder, so maintaining larger force than ordinary cylinders is accomplished.

Similar to C model but is further compacted. The maximum bore of standardized model is φ80.

Similar to BC model without flange. Retained by being mounted with the circumference of the cylinder. The minimum bore is φ20, which is the smallest among our standardized products.

The most compact cylinder in our standard products, and the smallest one in the world available in the market(as far as checked by us).

The fundamental structure is similar to MC model.The hydraulic piping is accomplished only from the head side. The cylinder has round shape.

The fundamental structure is similar to BC model. The hydraulic pressure is directly supplied from the flange instllation surface so plumbing is not required.

To cool the pins connected with the cylinder, a water connecting port is provided at the back side of the mail cylinder.

Hydraulic pressure can be pressurized by 1.5 times its capacity.

Special Cylinders

Nambu  SL model (superlock cylinder) 

small bore, but needed larger force...
By sealing hydraulic fluid to inside of the cylinder and intensifying pressure, such fluid is compressed. Since loaded in such condition, it's possible to keep position only by cylinders and to hold return distance close to zero without limit. If you use SL model for the mold instead of mechanically locked up to the present, mold structure can be simplified. And in case of keeping position just by cylinders, SL model can make more compact shape than standard cylinders..

Nambu  QS model 

Cylinder is consisting of 2 cylinders and 2 stages in structure with automatically changing from large diameters to small diameters. During the die-casting performance, it is not always required by high power, if we fulfill first release when pulling cores go out. If yoy use QS model, cycle time can be shortened because this model can pull out large diameters at releasing and automatically changed to small diameters after releasing. Connection method of hydraulic pipes is in the same way as single cylinder. This product can be easily and practically introduced.

Nambu  TS model (rotary core puller) 

In the die-casting field, draft is always necessary for cores. On the contrary, since TS model rotates rods for pulling out before release, it has made possible to get core draft to zero degree.

Nambu  Triple squeeze cylinder

This sonsor converts stroke to 1~5 V of output voltage. And a continuous position tracking is possible. Improvement in accuracy, price and compactness is shown.

Nambu LS(Limit switch)

HLS type

All components are large, with less compactness. However, a variety of fabrications can be applied on any space in the cylinder.

Nambu  MLS Type

Compact version of HLS type. As the component parts are large, it is more robust than any other LS type devices.

Nambu  PS type

An enclosed version of HLS type with better water-proof and damage protection from external resources.

Nambu  MS type

Switches are small so the LS device itself is configured very compact. The stroke is max. 200mm.

Nambu  Reed switch built-in

As reed switches themselves are built in the cylinder, no arm is required for the LS as other cylinders do.
