The RSTC1000 is a closed loop, load cell based, tension control product that uses the adaptive control algorithm to adjust internal gain values. As a result, it is a simple system exceeding the performances of more complicated systems that rely on many external sensors and signals. It is tuned only once and operators need not worry about re-tuning because the RSTC1000 provides stable control over a wide range of materials.
