VITZRO TECH MCB is installed to promptly and accurately interrupt the over-current in case of a failure in the circuit after the secondary part of main transformer when the AC section is being operated. It is also a switch that performs the opening and closing of the main circuit in case of interrupting the fault current and at normal alternating current section and nonpressurized
section. Thus, it has both roles of the breaker and the switch. This device is exclusively for the alternating current and interruption should not be carried out at the direct current section. This breaker is generally called the vacuum
circuit breaker (collectively, VCB) and uses the high dielectric strength at vacuumed state and the diffusion of arc. It is fixed inside the enclosed vacuum container and both electrodes of starting operation are arranged to interrupt the current by cutting off the electrodes.

VIPAM5000-FM/DG IED (Integrated Electronic Device) is a digital protection relay that enables a high-precision measurement and protection relay for switchgear power equipments. The switchgear panel became compact by connecting various protection functions with DSP algorithm and high-speed logic function to enable a flexible engineering. It is the IED with variety of interfaces with the upper system resulting in an electronic distribution panel solution. 7″TFT-LCD(HD) is used to check diverse information, the machinery operation and setting are simplified, providing Korean or English and operators can easily use the device with an intuitive operation method. Especially, the existing communication method (MODBUS, DNP3.) and an international standard, IEC61850, essential for the smart grid configuration are adopted so that it can be applied to all facility equipments and for improvement and repair. The network is redundant and high-speed
data transmission between IEDs is realized for the reliability of communication. A management program is used on PC for IED value setting, logic design, value monitoring, output control and so forth. RS232 port in front of VIPAM5000-FM/DG
uses PC HMI software to support additional services including the device setting, measurement, power monitoring and saving /modifying/recovering values [relay factors]. Also, Fault Wave Data to analyze relay-relevant information can be checked.

VITZRO TECH VIPAM 3000-FI is a Compact Size Digital Integrated Protection Relay that provides a high-precision measurement and protective relay on electric power receiving/distributing equipments. It is installed with a 32bit high-speed DSP that allows it to perform the protective relay and measurement at the same time. VIPAM 3000-FI supports essential protective relay elements that are used at extra HV panels and HV panels of general extra HV consumers. Its operation and setting are simplified compared to the existing relay and the cost is reduced. VIPAM 3000-FI uses the RS-232 port in front to set equipments, measure and monitor power and perform various additional services including saving, modifying and recovering the setting value[relay element]. It can also download the fault waveform from PC to analyze. The RS-422/485 Port in rear part is connected to communicate with the upper software and provides various application services such as measuring and monitoring power, controlling CB and so on.

A voice output terminal at the rear part is used to remotely check the power line status, and if the wireless modem is installed, Events and Fault status of the power line based on IED can be sent via a mobile device in order to deal with the emergency situations promptly.
