The output pilling-up sensors of the BOCIAN type are intended for use to control the patency of the boosters of the scraper and tape conveyors and can be use where the need to obtain two-state signal. They are produced in three versions:
• BOCIAN-2 m/1 is equipped with a hydraulic delay element and it has contact output which enables to include the sensor directly into steering circuit of the mining contactor switchers and in the systems of the conveyors’ automatization.
• BOCIAN-2p/2, in the variant of the control system of the output pilling-up the method of the resistance measurement was used between the electrode and the booster, thanks to which its work is correct irrespective of the granulation of the output /fines, billets/.
• BOCIAN-2 u/1, works without delay, therefore it should work only in the systems of the conveyors’ automatization, in which the delay is realized.
The BOCIAN detectors are accepted to operate in rooms classified as a, b, c degree considering the methane explosion hazard as well as class A, B of carbon dust explosion hazard. In 0, 1, 2 zones of gas explosion hazard and 20, 21, 22 zones of dust explosion hazard.
