Rack mount DC power supplies and slide-in power converter cards can be used in an array of applications. The Aegis Power Systems rackmount power supply units have been providing effective power solutions for industrial, military, communication, and various test equipments worldwide since 1995.
The Aegis Power System rack mount products can be modified to meet exact customer requirements including single or multiple outputs with various power ratings and voltages. Additionally, I2C chips with ethernet connection can be installed for monitoring and remotely powering each output. Choose from standard 19″ rack mount configuration or a custom pluggable configuration per design specifications.

Our rugged power supply units are made to withstand the harsh environments often met in the open waters of ocean and sea. Additionally, we can easily install I2C chips with ethernet connection for effective remote monitoring of power supplies.

The 1PH400 is a 400Hz VME power supply with a SWaP optimized design. With its 6U form factor and 5HP size, this single slot filtered AC-DC power supply converter card fits a lot of power into a small space.
This unit offers a single output available with choice of factory configured output selections (+12Vdc, +28Vdc, or +48Vdc) with 600W or 650W available depending on the output voltage. Designed for use in VMEbus applications, this front-end unit may also be used in military COTS equipment and is designed to meet applicable portions of Mil-Std-704F input requirements, MIL-STD-810F vibration and shock requirements, and MIL-STD-461E EMI requirements. The ES6051A is an AC-DC power supply that has been in production at Aegis Power Systems, Inc. for over 15 years and still offers users robust performance. This metallic enclosed quad-output power supply receives 107-123Vac of single phase power into and provides four outputs of DC power with a total of 345 Watts. Six LED indicators provides status for battery charge, battery OK, and one for each of the DC outputs (5Vdc, 12Vdc, 36Vdc,& -12Vdc). The ES6051A defense PSU is convection cooled with attached heatsink for additional heat transfer by customer supplied air flow in an environmentally stable electronics rack. This shipboard military power supply is used in a naval command center, but may be used in several other applications.

Product Description
This VME power card comes in either multiple or single output configurations, see spec sheet for the large variety of voltages of +3.3Vdc, +5Vdc, +12Vdc, or -12Vdc. The maximum output is 225W and is useful in many types of communication applications. This DC-DC power converter card works well as a military COTS solution designed to meet applicable portions of Mil-Std-810F Vibration, Mil-Std-810F Shock, and Mil-Std-461E/F EMI requirements. When compared to VME DC-DC power converters using conventional technology, the single slot VME225 provides users with higher efficiency (83%), lower weight (1.2 pounds), and higher power (up to 225W).

Product Description
This filtered 28Vdc VME power card with four outputs at 550W maximum power and offers a very thin single slot (4HP) size with conduction cooling. This unit is a COTS military power supply solution designed to meet applicable portions of MIL-STD-810F vibration and shock requirements and MIL-STD-461E EMI requirements. When compared to VME power supplies using conventional technology, the unit provides users with higher efficiency (87%), lower weight (2.7 pounds), and higher power (up to 550W). It also has a keyed connector that offers keying options when using multiple power supplies in one chassis.

This single phase AC-DC power supply provides 85-264Vac input to 28Vdc output with 310 watts and built-in EMI filtering. This rugged slide-in power supply offers +12V and +3.3V (Aux) outputs and has been developed in alignment with the Sensor Open Systems Architecture™ (SOSA) technical standard for use in modular open systems architectures for sensor management.
The VPX1PH3UC310-SA product achieves high efficiency AC-DC conversion with .99 power factor correction with conduction cooling through the wedge locks. Advanced power converter features include MIL-STD-461G* EMI filtering, alignment keys for using multiple units in one chassis, I2C monitoring and IPMC redundancy, and wide operating temperature range for harsh environments. The 3U form factor and 5HP single-slot dimensions are SWaP optimized and interoperable per VITA 48.2 standards. Protections include over- and under- voltage/current/temperature and surge. This PSU supports power payloads for a variety of C5ISR applications such as radar, communications, electronic warfare, and electro-optical defense equipment.
