• EKN

  GERWAH's 'EKN miniatur' is a backlash-free metal bellows coupling which boasts a very compact shape. The miniature coupling is connected to the shaft by means of radial set screws instead of a clamping hub. The element can be used in many different areas and displays all its advantages when misalignments between driver and driven components have to be compensated.

• DKN

  Thanks to its compact design, GERWAH's Metal Bellows Coupling model 'DKN' is perfectly qualified for backlash-free connections in confined spaces. It is mounted on driver and driven components by means of clamping hubs. High-quality build and material guarantee for maximum durability.

   

  DKN/S

  The DKN/S series is characterized by its compact shapes and a low moment of inertia. The shaft connection can be realized by means of a clamping hub on one side and an expanding clamp on the other. In addition, this pioneering element produced by GERWAH boasts unequalled product quality.

  PKN

  GERWAH's 'PKN' unites the tried and tested technical advantages of a metal bellows coupling and a plug-in connection. These elements do not need any axial initial load due to tightening and thus allow for easy mounting and disassembly. The PKN series is the perfect choice when power has to be transmitted from shaft to shaft with the greatest possible angular accuracy.

   

  AKN

  The metal bellows couplings from the 'AKN' series boast GERWAH's trusted quality and increased torsional stiffness. The reduced shafts in the element guarantee for high stiffness while at the same time compensating angular, axial and radial misalignments. The shaft connection is established by means of clamping hubs on both sides.

   

  AKN-H

  The AKN-H combines the advantage of the AKN Metal Bellows Coupling with an easy installation. The clamping hubs in split hub design can be mounted lateral at the aligned shaft extensions.

   

  AKD

  GERWAH's production series 'AKD' offers the traditional metal bellows coupling which can be used for a wide range of applications. Its core characteristics are the backlash-free transmission of torque, high torsional stiffness, and excellent compensation of angular, axial and radial misalignments. Operational safety and easy assembly are two more factors speaking in favour of AKD.

  The AKD-H combined the advantage of the AKD Metal Bellows Coupling with an easy installation. The clamping hubs in split hub design can be mounted lateral at the aligned shaft extensions.

• AK

  Metal bellows couplings from the 'AK' series have been designed especially for the backlash-free transmission of high torques of up to 5,000 Nm. The elements are mounted on driver and driven components with tapered clamping bushings. Depending on the required size, the coupling will be produced with hubs made of aluminum or stainless steel. In addition, AK guarantees for perfect concentric running.

• CKN

  'CKN' is GERWAH's production series which grants customers a maximum of application liberties. The flange mounting offers manifold possibilities to establish a connection with the element or add hubs, flanges and fittings. Depending on the chosen model, CKN has been designed for very high torques of up to 5,000 Nm.

Servo-Insert Couplings

• GWE 5102

  GWE 5102 miniature is a compact miniature coupling constituting the perfect solution for confined spaces or areas which are difficult to access. The element is connected to the shaft by means of radial set screws instead of a clamping hub. The coupling is available with elastomeric spiders of different degrees of shore hardness. But regardless of the chosen features: GWE 5102 miniature is always electrically insulating and vibration-damping.

  GWE 5103.1

  GERWAH's Servo-Insert Couplings from the production series 'GWE 5103.1' impress with their compact design. The compensating elements are slotted once and mounted by means of a clamping hub. GWE 5103.1 couplings are electrically insulating, installation-friendly and absolutely fail-safe.

• GWE 5107

  The GWE 5107 is a compact designed backlash-free Servo-Insert Coupling with an expanding clamp and a clamping hub. Due to the expanding clamp the GWE 5107 can used for examples in hollow shafts.

   

  GWE 5104

  GERWAH's elements from the production series 'GWE 5104' are self-aligning couplings which are slotted once up to size 19 and twice from size 24 on. They are mounted by means of clamping hubs. Thanks to their special design and standardized size, they can be exchanged with products of other manufacturers. The coupling is available with elastomeric spiders of different degrees of shore hardness and boasts special damping qualities.

   

  GWE 5106

  The GWE 5106 combined the advantage of the GWE 5104 Servo-Insert Coupling with an easy installation. The clamping hubs in split hub design can be mounted lateral at the aligned shaft extensions.

   

  GWE 5112

  'GWE 5112' is a backlash-free self-aligning coupling with an outer conical tapered end. Thanks to its symmetric design, the element guarantees for perfect concentric running and is thus qualified for highest torques. Just like all the other elastomer couplings made by GERWAH, GWE 5112 is very easy to install and electrically insulating. It is mounted by means of clamping hubs.

  The GWZ 5106 is a backlash-free metal bellows coupling in line shaft design. Because of the double cardanic system, the compensating of high shaft displacements are possible. The clamping hubs in split hub design can be mounted lateral at the aligned shaft extensions.

   

  GWZ 5116

  The GWZ 5116 is a backlash-free, torsionally stiff metal bellows coupling in line shaft design. Because of the double cardanic system, the compensating of high shaft displacements are possible. Due to the flange connection, the radial mounting is possible.
