Our gearmotors can be used in the mechanical, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, ceramic, woodworking, plastic, packaging and conveyor belt industries.

Hydro-mec Reducers ratios are available in sizes 030, 045, 050, 063, 063A, 085 and 110. Hydro-mec gearboxes offer high quality at very competitive prices.
All gearboxes are interchangeable with other European manufacturers, including Bonfiglioli. Standard units are produced with cast aluminum gearboxes.
The modular design concept of these units allows them to be customized at a relatively low cost and still offer fast delivery. Options include a variety of motor inputs, including stainless steel bore holes, hydraulic motor inputs, and a variety of input and output shaft variations. We also offer other Hydromec range of gearboxes, including sequential helical gearboxes, square type worm gearboxes and bevel helical gearboxes. Hydro-mec gearboxes are also available with 100% stainless steel gearboxes and motors.

Worm gearboxes are the most widely available speed reducers seen in the industry today. They represent a cost effective, high performance solution for simple applications that require relatively low torque. To ensure equivalent interchangeability with products from other manufacturers, Hydro-mec Gearboxes stocks both round and square aluminum base products.
Hydro-Mec Inline Gearboxes
The Hydromec range of inline co-axial gearunits offer a solution that is high capacity, high efficiency, quite running and reliable. Our in-house assembly centre allows us to build co-axial 2 and 3 stage gear units in both aluminium and cast iron construction from stock.
Hydro-Mec Shaft Mounted Gearboxes
Hydromec shaft-mounted gearboxes are typically used in conveyor and material handling applications. This product has a unique modular design, many motor input options, as well as numerous ratio combinations. This slim designed shaft-mounted unit is available in aluminum and cast iron and is perfect when space is limited.
