LOAD BUTTON LOAD CELLS

Interface’s load button cells are designed for customers who require the measurement of forces in a very confined space. They are designed to provide the most accuracy in as little space as possible. The smaller LBM or LBS can fulfill the need for force measurements at a very respectable precision level that is enough for most applications. Diameters range from 1 inch to 3 inches, with heights from 0.39 inch to 1.5 inches. The shaped load button has a spherical radius to help confine misaligned loads to the primary axis of the cell.

Interface's specially designed low profile load cells with loop-powered intrinsically safe amplified output for use in oil field and other hazardous locations. These load cells are derived from other proven Interface models by adding high resistance strain gages for low-current loop power and shielded internal amplifier for extra low emissions and minimal EMI susceptibility. Interface’s S-type load cell provides a suitable force measurement sensor for applications in coal mining and transfer and other heavy industries where explosive dusts and environment conditions are potentially explosion-hazard rated.

Interface Mini ™ load cells are used for light touch, lightness or less space. Our miniature load cells provide highly accurate measurements, similar to our full-size load cells with proprietary alloy strain gauge. All Miniature beam load cell, Miniature Sensor, load button, load washer, tensile force load cells, S type load cells and sealed stainless steel load cells can be ordered in different sizes. TORQUE TRANSDUCERS

The interface produces about 50 types of reaction torque transducers and rotary torque transducers. All torque converters are precisely machined and use proprietary torque sensors for the most accurate data possible. A torque sensor is a converter that converts a torsional mechanical input into an electrical output signal. A reaction torque sensor measures static torque and rotates dynamic torque. Rotary torque transducers are used in applications where the torque transducer must rotate when installed on a rotating shaft. A rotary torque transducer provides a method to extract the signal from the rotating element without a cable attached. It can help you find mounts from pedestals to shafts to flanges, and pulleys vary from hex to square with more styles between drives.

LOAD PINS, TENSION LINKS, & LOAD SHACKLES

The wide range of load pins of the interface is designed for the measurement of tensile and compressive forces in a wide variety of applications, including crane / lift, industrial, marine, offshore and civil engineering. Load pins machined from high tensile stainless steel are suitable for outdoor use, including prolonged immersion in sea water. It offers a standard range of load pins covering values ​​from 1.1K lbf to 3.3M lbf (500kgs to 1500 MT), but the nature of this type of product means that most load pins are manufactured to meet each customer's specific size requirements. The tensioner series is designed for lifting and weighing applications in harsh environments and is made of high tensile aluminum and stainless steel. Our easy-to-install and load chains paired with standard chain sizes are rated from 2.2K lbf to 1.1M lbf (1 to 500 MT) and are environmentally closed to IP65, IP66 or IP67 as needed. Stretch joints are manufactured to specific sizes, but higher grades can be achieved upon request. A number of screens are also available to suit every application. All load shackles are designed for lifting and weighing in harsh or harsh environments. Load clamp pins are made of high tensile carbon steel, and the basic clamp uses the famous Crosby G2130, G2140 and G2150 series (depending on the load rating). An optional rotary coil can be provided to centralize the load and minimize spot load effects. It can also supply fully submersible load chains and telemetry load chains for underwater and offshore applications.
