RF CVBS - GVJ Bayonet Circular Connectors
CVB series derived from Mil C 5015 specification, which concerns the electrical connectors usually called “MS”. These connectors have been used for many industrial applications thanks to their versatility, reliability and ease of supply.
In RF CVS series, the shells of plug connectors have been rubber jacketed.
Available in 12 different shell sizes: 10SL - 12S – 14S – 16S – 16 – 18 – 20 – 22 – 24 – 28 – 32 – 36 – 40 with a wide range of back shells and strain relief options for any cable requirement.
Available in over 150 Insert arrangements (up to 201 No. of contact) with a maximum current up to 245A (operating current up to 150A).
They are manufactured with 4 synthetic, highly insulated, rubber compounds.
RF GVJ series has more robust and reliable features obtained by the following modifications: bigger shell thicknesses to guarantee resistance against impact and hars environment; five key polarization system, increased dimension to install insulators with bigger number of contacts or bigger contact size.

KVBS series is derived from the RF CVBS series, the insert is in thermoplastic resin .
The grommets and the insert are in flame retardant material according to UNI CEI 11170-3 and NFF 16-102 – zone 4.
The most important advantages is the simpler and faster cable assembly and when mated guarantee a better sealing and creepage distance between the contacts .
CT Bayonet series
According to Mil-C-26482 series 1
CT series has been designed according to Mil-C-26482 series 1 and complies its requirements as far as materials and features are concerned.
Therefore it is fully inter-mateable with all connectors of the same norm produced by other manufacturers.
The use of specific materials and the coupling system make these connectors highly resistant to vibrations and shocks and extend their application range to railways applications .
VF2 series
VF2 Ground contacts connected to metal shell
This series has been designed to meet the requirements of accident-prevention safety in use.
VF2 connectors are fully compatible and intermateable with all connectors complying MIL-DTL-5015 specs.
The materials and the electrical characteristics are the same used for the standard thread coupling series (CVS).
