Semtech International AG offers digital temperature sensors with 2-wire SMBus/I2C interfaces. SX8733 and SX8743 sensors have the following features: sensing ranges from 25°C to 100°C, output temperature format ranges from -40°C to 140°C, over/under temperature alarms, programmable conversion rates, and active currents up to 250 uA. These sensors have applications for battery charger monitoring, projectors, set top boxes, servers, and printers.
