MixNet and MixPac provide the unique possibility of combining monolithic networks, which have, due to the thin film technology, a restricted resistance ratio (100Ω-100kΩ) with resistance elements with higher ohmic values. In addition is it possible to add to the network resetable fuses, diods, capacitors or coils.

With defined force the wiper presses with a small pin the flat plastic layers of the Sensorfoil element to generate a potentiometric signal according to the pin position. Due to the closed waterproof Sensorfoil element a high protection class IP65 is reached. The flat rail dimensions and the slider construction provide a space saving integration. To compensate angular or vertical misalignment, a ball joint can be mounted on the wiper sled. Customization in terms of special measuring lengths, and cable assembling are available on request.
