At an ambient temperature of 25°C the MZH Ultra-Precision Resistor is working with a temperature coefficient of absolutely 0ppm! This makes them an ideal component for any reference measurement application. Because of the Metal Foil technology they and metal housing they have best frequency characteristics and they are able to stand against many external influences, but also against mechanical stresses.
They are preferred in metrological and measurement applications.

Due to his compact industrial design with 18x18mm in the profile and his front guided push rod construction a space saving integration can be reached up to 150mm measurement stroke. To ensure high accuracy and long lifetime for a good price performance ratio the potentiometric measuring principle is realized with a high-resolution conductive plastic resistance element. Since the potentiometric measuring principle delivers absolute values and requires no electronic conversion, the position feedback signal is true power on without delay, temperature stable and robust against EMC influences. For mounting the CI18 has four fixing clams which are included in the scope of supply. The CI18 sensor is available with plug or cable connection.
