At this moment, thousands of factories and workshops are equipped with an Easytherm induction heater. They have been applied for manufacturing, service and repairs all over the world since 2004, and many Easytherm products from the very first batches of production are still heating today. Over the years, the product series has proven the benefits of induction heating and the reliability of the product to many.
Easytherm, at its core, has always been robust, powerful and easy to use. User-friendly controls and standard functionality like Auto-Demagnetizing and Temperature Hold make the heating process as simple as possible. Recently, we’ve taken a good look at Easytherm and upgraded various attributes. In addition to a new color scheme, all heaters are now equipped with a standard yoke (set) and support rails, enabling the user to heat an even wider variety of bearings.
EASYTHERM 1
The smallest Easytherm induction heater is the right choice for heating the smallest bearings (min. ID ø 10 mm, max. weight 10 kg). Small bearings are often mounted with tools based on impact, while small bearings are very sensitive to axial forces. With the Easytherm 1 induction heater, correct mounting of the smallest bearings is possible without damage.

EASYTHERM 2
Easytherm 2 is a compact induction heater that, like the smaller ET1, can heat bearings with a minimum ID ø 10mm. The range of the Easytherm 2 is much larger however, it can heat up bearings with a max. mass of 40 kg and max. OD ø 290mm. Even with this wide range of possibilities our Easytherm 2 is very portable, due to its low weight. In the sturdy carrying case (optional), this induction heater is the ideal mobile service tool. The Easytherm 2 is a more efficient and versatile alternative to other portable solutions in the market. Very popular as a standard tool on ships.

A modern touchscreen interface offers a clear and easy operation. The user interface comes equipped with multiple languages, providing translated feedback during your heating cycles. All important information are displayed in real-time during the heating cycle. A graph of the heating cycle is available at the press of a button. The heating cycle data can be saved to USB drive to document your quality control process. Future firmware updates are possible through the USB interface as well.
SURETHERM 10X
The SURETHERM 10X may be small, but proves to be a powerful induction heater showing great flexibility. Featuring an extendable work area, it is suitable for small-sized components (up to 50 kg) with a maximum diameter of 450 mm when used with extension yokes. Easy to use and highly portable, especially when used in combination with the optional carrying case. The ideal heating tool to use on location.

SURETHERM 20X
The SURETHERM 20X is a stationary induction heater with ergonomic pivoting yokes, making it a versatile addition to the SURETHERM-series. The pivoting yoke makes for easy workpiece handling as there is no need to lift the part and remove the yoke. An appealing characteristic of induction heating is the ability to heat only a small portion of a workpiece. This fact offers an advantage where it is unnecessary - or undesirable - to heat the whole part. Mid frequency heaters (20 – 200 kHz) offer less penetration of the heat compared to low frequency induction heaters (SURETHERM & Easytherm), making this method of heating suit a whole different range of applications.
Our Easyheat products have been designed to offer a fitting solution for production lines that want to heat specific parts. Implementing an Easyheat solution in your (existing) production line enables an optimized workflow when it comes to parts that require heat in order to finish assembly.

EHX-03A is a powerful and mobile generator, suitable for applications that require mounting and/or dismounting. Designed for use with aircooled inductors. Compared to the previous generation of mid frequency generators, EHX-03A is a significant step forward. We have managed to create a more powerful output, with a form factor 3 times smaller than its predecessor.
Using a Flexible Inductor, it is possible to heat components with different geometries, such as gears, couplings, and bearings. A Fixed Inductor will allow to perform heating cycles on specific parts, in exactly the same way, over and over again.
