I 410 MDU software is suitable for most manufacturing processes for a finished or semi-finished product comprising different components in the proportions defined in a formula.
This software can process the automatic creation of each of the doses with weight-based checks and stock management, providing complete manufacturing traceability.
The I 410 MDU software system can be used in many sectors such as:
• Agri food
• Pharmaceuticals and cosmetics
• The chemical industry, etc.
– Management of 1 to 2 weighing bins.
– Identification of batches of primary matter and finished products.
– Description of formulas per type of operation:
• Automatic dosing:
Creation of the dose via actuator control;

Manual creation of the dose by the operator; visual monitoring via a bargraph;
• Timeout:
Suspension of the cycle depending on programmed times and actuator control (e.g.: stirring cycle);
• Discharge:
Possibility for intermediate and/or global cycle-end drainage (batch).

The CDL compression digital load cell uses the measurement principle by distortion of beams submitted to a compression strain. It uses strain gauges mounted in Wheatstone bridges for the conversion of strength into an electrical signal.
The CDL has been designed to be little sensitive to load offcentring while keeping small dimensions.
Made of Stainless Steel (304L), the CDL is waterproof in prolonged immersion (IP68) and high pressure cleaning (IP69K)

Double-ended shear beam load cell DSL – From 5 to 100The DSL load cell is manufactured in stainless steel and is hermetically sealed to IP 68.
The characteristics of the double-ended shear beam load cell, together with its “Silo Load Mount” mounting arrangement, ensure it is not influenced by the lateral forces associated with vessels with agitators.
The load mount allows thermal expansion and includes an anti-lifting device.
The mount also features a locking device that enables it to be installed without the load cell fitted eliminating the risk of mechanical or electrical damage to the load cell during vessel installation.
