Platform scales R1 DL / R1 DL-S Range
R1 DL platform scales are especially designed for intensive use and are equipped with a single point load cell making them extremely reliable and ensuring optimum accuracy.
Their compact design makes these scales an ideal choice for all table-top weighing operations.
R1 DL platform scales are available in two versions:

R1 DL: Frame constructed in hot zinc dipped, dichromat mild steel with epoxy coating (protection rating IP 54). Over size platform in stainless steel, type 304 L.

R1 DL-S: Stainless steel construction type 304 L and stainless steel load cell (IP 67).
Manufactured to industrial protection rating IP 67 this model fulfils all requirements with respect to hygiene and cleaning as stipulated by the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
R1 DL scale platforms may be combined with a selection of PRECIA-MOLEN weight indicators for trade (3,000 e) or internal (non trade) applications.

The ASL is a digital compression load cell based on single column technology particularly suitable for weighing applications on weighbridges.
It is made of stainless steel and is compact, and sealed under prolonged immersion (IP 68).

The working principle of the CMI load cell is to measure the deformation of a beam subjected to shear stress. The strain gauges are arranged to form a Wheatstone bridge, converting the mechanical force exerted on the load cell into an electrical signal.

The measurement principle used in the SCL load cell is based on the deformation of beams to which a compression force is applied. It uses strain gauges arranged to form a Wheatstone bridge for conversion of the force to an electrical signal. The SCL load cell is specially designed to be insensitive to excentrical loads while remaining compact.
