Multi chamber (bifilar) windings secure a low inductance. During the production process the resistors are trimmed in a special aging process, which increases the long term stability. The radial leaded type Astro 5X and out of the 9X series the Astro 9010R and Astro 9030R have a good space saving design. Typical applications are measurement devices, laboratory instruments but also current sensing or low power applications.

The push rod can be equipped with an inside spring return device. The spring return version of the CLP21 makes the sensor space saving and robust, because of the front guided construction and 6mm diameter in the push rod. For mounting the CLP21 has four fixing clamps which are included in the scope of supply. To ensure high accuracy and long lifetime for a good price performance ratio the potentiometric measuring principle is realized with a high-resolution conductive plastic resistance element. Since the potentiometric measuring principle delivers absolute values and requires no electronic conversion, the position feedback signal is true power on without delay, temperature stable and robust against EMC influences. Customization on the push rod (length, thread, flat ...) is available on request.
