Precia Molen Process Weighing Software I 410 PWS
The I 410 PWS software enables the I 410 weight indicator to be integrated into an industrial process controlled by a PLC or a PC.
The main features are:
– simultaneous display of 10 weighing channels.
– communication with a PLC or PC in process or regulated mode.
– the monitoring of 4 weight thresholds and an analogue 4-20 mA output for each channel.
– support of remote display and printing devices.
The operating parameters within the I 410 system are independently configurable for each channel and are structured in files based on four levels of access via password:
• Engineer:
Metrological adjustment and Input/Output configuration.
• Supervisor:
Configuration, Serial port
• Operator:
Configuration of thresholds.
• User:
Limited rights for viewing and printing.
This modular approach and segmentation of parameters enables the I 410 system to be easily integrated into the majority of industrial processes. It also provides security of operation by denying access to unauthorised operators.

The CDL compression digital load cell uses the measurement principle by distortion of beams submitted to a compression strain. It uses strain gauges mounted in Wheatstone bridges for the conversion of strength into an electrical signal.
The CDL has been designed to be little sensitive to load offcentring while keeping small dimensions.
Made of Stainless Steel (304L), the CDL is waterproof in prolonged immersion (IP68) and high pressure cleaning (IP69K)

The TSL load cell is a low profile compression load cell made of welded hermetically sealed stainless steel.
Precision up to ± 0.05%. Spherical load button for optimum alignment of the load.
Allowable forces on the kit:
The maximum static horizontal force along the centre line of the locking strip (1) is 8 kN.
The maximum vertical tear off force is 20 kN for the 15 t kit and 35 kN for the 30 t kit.
