The product’s compact size allows installation on small pipes, providing water monitoring in applications considered impossible.

The MUT1222 can be used as a portable or a dedicated / permanent instrument.
“Hot tap” installation provides for a supply without interruption throughout the installation process.

MUT2100EL sensors represent the state of the art of EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL product range for water cycle.

The sensor is IP67 and it is available also with IP 68 suitable for a permanent immersion in water up to a depth of 1.5m.

The new structure for the generation of the magnatic field, the innovative route of the signal generated by electrodes provide a sensor with an extremely wide measurement range: EL= Extended Linearity.

This new series follows the successful tradition of MUT 2200/2500 introducing a measurement range of more than 1:1000 without linearization software. These kind of performances allow very accurate measures on a wide flow rates, that, before, would have been reset because of the effects of the converters cut off.

EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL 

MUT1100J are flangeless sensors that cover all diameters fromDN 25 to DN 150. When light weight and compact dimensions are required, the choice of sensors cannot be other than MUT1100J. These models are installed beetween two flanges surrounded by studs. For this reason they are also called "wafer sensors"

EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL 

MUT500 series are the most suitable for the measurement of the small flow rates of liquids electrically conductive for temperature up to 160°. They cover all diameters from DN 3 to DN 20 as shown in Table 1.

The degree of protection is IP68 for 1.5 m permanent immersion in water. The flow tube is made in PTFE.

The coils for the generation of the magnetic field are mounted on the external part of the flow tube, all enclosed in the stainless steel sensor body. Two measurement electrodes are placed at diametrically opposite points of the flow tube.

EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL 

MUT2400EL series are sensors specifically designed for use in the food processing industry. They are made of materials approved for the purpose by international regulations, they are compatible with the temperature and products required for sanitary reasons, and equipped with the attachments used today in the foodstuffs field.

They are suitable for the flow rate electrically conducible liquids with a temperature up to 140°C. The MUT2400EL sensors are manufactured with diameters from DN 25 to DN 100 as indicated in Table 1. The degree of protection is IP 68 for a permanent emersion in water to a depth of 1.5 meters

Insertions flow meters represent the best answer when low cost and good performance are needed. The MUT2700 sensors are suitable for wide pipes, and can be installed without interrupting the flow.

They are made of a probe wich has to be inserted into the tube for 1/8 of its internal diameter. The nominal working pressure is 25 bar. The sensor is installed trough a treaded muff to be connected to its ball valve, once it is welded to the pipe

EUROMAG INTERNATIONAL MUT2660 sensors are suitable for small pipes from 80 mm DN to 500 mm under a maximum pressure of 10 bar. They are made of 34 mm probe which has to be inserted into the tube for 1/8 of its internal diameter. The sensor is installed through 1.1/4" threaded brass muff , to be welded to the pipe

 Insertion flow meters represent the best answer when low cost and good performance are needed. The MUT2770 sensors are suitable for wide pipes under maximum pressure of 16 bar in the standard version (as indicated in table 1 and 2).

They are made of a 47 mm probe, which has to be inserted into the tube for 1/8 of its internal diameter. As all magnetic meters, they can be used to measure liquid flow rates with electrical conductivity of 5 μS/cm minimum
