Implementation in Ex-Zones

MANNER Sensortelemetrie offers measuring systems with ATEX aproval for contact-free measurement inside of explosive atmosphere (gases and dusts).

The evaluation is situated outside of the area exposed to explosion hazards and is connected with the PickUp stator antenna by a heat-resistant coaxial cable.

The stator antenna is situated inside of the explosive atmosphere.

The sensor signal amplifier and the passive sensors on the rotating parts are supplied by the stator antenna. In return the measuring data are relayed to the evaluation unit. An installion inside of the Ex area is possible on a Standard Measuring Flange from MANNER as well as on a customer provided shaft, flange, and so on.

The powerful sensor telemetry system from MANNER facilitates the economical and precise monitoring or measurement of static and dynamic parameters such as:
