Application
Junction box of type SR-1b/2 is intended to make connections in fixed installations with a voltage of 500V, 50Hz, in electric devices, working in underground excavations of mining plants in the rooms which aren’t endangered with methane and coal dust explosion. Normally the junction box is equipped with clamping connector of type LZ B-10 (5-circuit).
Optionally the junction box can be equipped with 2-wire joint ferrules with terminal of CAGE CLAMP S in the horizontal layout of WAGO or ZUG-G10 production. The difference between the joint ferrules of type ZUG or WAGO relies on the manner of the assembly of wires. In the joint ferrules of type ZUG the screw terminals with inserting the wire from the side, in the joint ferrules of type WAGO the selfclamping connections with inserting the wire from the top.
