Liquid level position sensor type CP-2d/1
Application
The liquid level position sensor type CP-2d/1 is used to protect the hydraulic supply stations and tanks against uncontrolled liquid outflow. It can be also used in cases, where any liquid level position should be controlled. The sensor CP-2d/1 is accepted to operate in mine heads or underground in methane mines in rooms classified as a, b, c degree considering the methane explosion hazard as well as class A, B of carbon dust explosion hazard. It is manufactured in two versions: basic (welded probe) and special (stranded probe), while each of them has got some forms, a bit different from one another in the probe construction, number of reed relays, floats etc.
A level gauge is produced in two variants:
variant 1 equipped with a cable connector of ZGT type,
variant 2 equipped with cable gland M32x1,5.
Ordering
Orders are to be placed on producer address. Due to technical progress, the producer keeps the rights to make changes on produced products. Example (with two reed relays):
Length of the probe L=1000 mm;
Reed relay K1=100 mm;
Reed relay K2=900 mm;
Float P=1pc.
To be specified:
CP-2d/1 – 1000 – 100 – 900 – 1p.
