Application
Tables are designed for mechanization of work connected with charging storage batteries of locomotives type Lea-BM12 and Ldag-05M. The unit consists of two tables designed to be mounted in charging room underground in a mine. The tables are placed at both sides of railway track. They are composed of two welded frames made of channel bars reinforced by sheet metal, supported on bearings screw – mounted to foundation rails. Height of the tables can be adjusted according to the position of locomotive lorry. One of the tables has a powered bar used for simultaneous displacement of loaded and unloaded batteries. To ease displacement, an upper frame is equipped with guide and travel rollers.
Servo – motors for table lifting and travelling are supplied with under pressure emulsion from hydraulic system. The table system is operated by a single person and it guarantees full safety and minimizes work arduousness at batteries replacement.
The tables are accepted to operate in rooms classified as a degree considering the methane explosion hazard as well as class A of carbon dust explosion hazard.
