Magnetic floating sheet separators
A new generation of portable universal "floating" magnetic manifolds.
The construction of distributors ensures:
- high energy of the magnetic field penetrating the sheets and the associated high sheet separation force
- small geometric dimensions
- "swimming" - independent, automatic displacement of the manifold from the top down of the sheet pile, as the next sheet sheets are removed from the stack
- the possibility of placing dividers in virtually any place in the stack of sheets regardless of the shape of the stack plates. This allows for the separation of stacks of cut sheets of various shapes, e.g. before the press
- easy and safe mounting and removal of manifolds from the sheet pile
- shield - eliminating threats resulting from the magnetic field generated by the distributor
