ENVEA-SWR engineering Mass flow measurement

With the help of the online mass flow measurement for solids, it is possible to recognize which volumes run through a process. This way, bulk material transports become recognizable and can be better controlled.
ENVEA - SWR offers suitable measuring systems for every quantity of bulk material and different types of transport.

ENVEA-SWR engineering Dust measurement

Dust inevitably occurs as soon as a process is operated in which bulk materials are processed or workpieces are processed. The need to monitor dusts is generally present everywhere.
Depending on the type of dust and process, the requirements for a monitoring device can be very different. Starting with the simple monitoring of filter damages up to the approved high-end emission measurement or in-house ambient dust we can offer solutions for various dust applications!

Product Information Dusty

Use

The Dusty was specially developed to reliably monitor clean sides after filters for filter breaks without delay.
The Dusty can be used in metal channels in which dust particles are to be detected in flowing gas. Its operational range starts at dust volumes of 0.1 mg/m3. In systems with explosion hazard area zone 22, the "Dusty DustEx 22” type can be used. Due to its speed and reliability, the Dusty can also be used optimally as an alternative and/or expansion to the "police filter” as well as an alternative to the differential pressure measurement. The Dusty uses the electrodynamic effect. As soon as particles either flow past or impact the measuring probe, a charge transfer takes place. This generates a measuring signal that triggers a switch contact once the normal values described under "System” are exceeded.

ENVEA-SWR engineering
Dusty C - Compact sensor for filter damage monitoring

Dusty C is a compact sensor for filter monitoring

  • Detects all dust types

  • Can be used in all purge gas and dust ducts

  • Immediate detection of filter damages

  • Simple commissioning (Plug & Play)

  • Prevention of process-induced dust Ex zones

  • Individual choice of alarm threshold

  • Rapid and easy retrofitting

  • 4 ... 20 mA output at sensor

Use

The Dusty C has been specially developed to monitor treated sides after filters reliably and without time delay for filter breaks.
It can be used in metallic ducts in which dust particles are to be detected in the gas flow. Its area of application begins at dust levels of 0.1 mg/m3.
The Dusty C can be used in Ex zones (Dust zone 22 /Gas zone 2).
Thanks to its speed and reliability, the Dusty C can also be used optimally as an alternative and/or extension to the "police filter",
as well as an alternative to differential pressure measurement.

ENVEA-SWR engineering
Sensor calibration using the Dosed-Reference-Method

"The measurement result of the sensor is only as good as the reference to which it has been calibrated."

For this reason we have developed the dosed-reference-method as an alternative to isokinetic dust sampling.
The main basic idea of this is that a mass flow is dosed into the system which corresponds to a required concentration at a specific flow velocity.
