RE Elettronica Industriale is a firm that has been working with electronics since 1972. RE started as a small business dealing mostly with italian customers, during the years it widened its horizon reaching a more and more vast market.
Today we design and make boards for welding machines, drivers for DC, AC and brushless motors, digital drivers for automatic doors and custom products.
The use of Surface Mount Technology and microprocessors makes us able to reduce the costs and enhance the flexibility asked by a very competitive market. From the design to the making and testing RE is a valid partner to develop innovative solutions.

REG* 3fBD
The REG* 3fBD DC driver is th
e ideal controller for DC motors on printing machines, looms and machine tools in general. It can be used also for winders with constant peripheral speed or torque and for synchronizing motors.
REG* MD
The REG* MD series is the simplest and cheapest solution to control high power DC motors. Based on the SCR technology, it can be employed in various situations: machine tools, looms, plating power supplies. Setting the current output on AC is possible to control universal motors mounted on vacuums or fans for example.

Our Compact Driver is a bi-directional driver for DC motors suitable for machine tools, positioners and robotics. We developed this driver with the transistor technology (H bridge with mosfet). It is featured by high performances of acceleration and torque. It is possible to set two clockwise and counterclockwise speeds with trimmers which can be selected with contacts.

RE Elettronica Brushless Drivers
We produce highly precise brushless drivers with both sinusoidal and trapeziform outputs. They are available starting from a 5A size. Our drivers can replace Siemens, Bosch, Baumuller, Fanuc, Indramat equivalents. They can be employed on plastics welding machine, motorized cutters and generally for applications asking for a quick time of response.
Electronic boards for welding machines
HF a-b-c
Our HF series controls are arc starters for DC and AC TIG welding machines or plasma cut. They are based on the capacitive discharge with transformer coupling technology. The difference between models a-b-c is the energy of the discharge.
RE430
The RE430 board must be combined with TIG DC generators. It transforms the DC source in AC to weld aluminum. It is possible to generate an asymmetrical waveform for a better cleaning of the welding.
RE421 Scatti
The RE421 Scatti board is used on welding machines with commutators power control. It gives the speed refernce to the wire feeder.
RE421 Chopper
The RE421 Chopper board is employed on welding machine with chopper or SCR power regulation. It makes the welding machine synergic or synergic with pulse-arc function.
RE367
The RE367 board is a control board for chopper welding machines. It works in electrode, MIG and pulsed MIG modes.
RE366
RE366 is a control and command board for a totally-controlled three-phase bridge on MIG welding machines with the possibility of pulse-arc at 50, 100 and 150 Hz frequencies.

The RE357 board is a control and command board for single-phase thyristor welding machine with square-wave.

The RE326 board is a command and control board for plasma cut with or without HF

The RE300E is a 140A inverter for TIG lift-arc and electrode welding machines.

The RE211 is a board for control and command of TIG and electrode DC welding machines with a three-phase half-controlled thyristor bridge
